While the G-Wagon’s high step-in height and narrow door apertures are part of its rugged charm, they can make boarding and exiting the rear cabin difficult. Brabus resolves this with a precision-engineered "special door holder" set that significantly increases the accessibility of the rear passenger compartment.

The 89° Solution

The core benefit of the Brabus Easy Entry kit is the dramatic increase in the door’s opening sweep:

• Expanded Opening Angle: The factory G-Class rear doors have a limited opening angle (roughly 70°). The Brabus kit extends this to a nearly perpendicular 89°.

• Unobstructed Access: This extra clearance makes it substantially easier to enter the vehicle, especially for passengers with limited mobility, or when loading bulky items and child seats into the rear.

• Stable Door Positioning: The kit replaces the standard door catch straps with heavy-duty Brabus units that are designed to hold the door firmly in place, even when the vehicle is parked on an incline—a common scenario during off-road excursions.
