The Brabus Carbon Fibre Spare Wheel Cover is a signature exterior refinement for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W463A/W465). While the factory G63 comes with a stainless steel and plastic cover, the Brabus version replaces the central face with high-performance naked carbon fibre. It is designed to complete the "Full Carbon" theme of a Widestar build, ensuring that the rear of the vehicle matches the technical sophistication of the front.
Pre-Preg Carbon Construction: Manufactured from high-quality, aerospace-grade pre-preg carbon fibre. This ensures a flawless, bubble-free weave pattern and a perfectly symmetrical geometry that fits precisely onto the factory spare wheel carrier.
Brabus Branding: The cover features a prominent, embossed Brabus Logo or "B" Seal at the centre. This branding is integrated directly into the carbon mould or applied as a high-quality emblem, serving as a global symbol of performance and exclusivity.
Signature Finishes: To provide a 1:1 match with other Brabus components like the Power Dome or Rear Diffuser, the cover is available in two finishes:
Glossy Carbon: Features a deep, high-shine clear coat that highlights the intricate 3K twill weave.
Matte Carbon: Provides a technical, "stealth" aesthetic with a satin-flat finish, ideal for G-Wagons with Magno paintwork.
UV-Resistant Protection: The carbon is finished with a specialized UV-protective clear coat. This prevents the resin from yellowing or fading over time, even when exposed to harsh sunlight and extreme weather conditions.
