The Capristo Valved Exhaust System gives your A45 two sounds: a quiet, refined tone for the commute, and a much louder, more aggressive one when you want it. The valves open and close with driving conditions and your input.

How It Sounds

At lower engine speeds and while cruising, the valves stay closed for a deeper, subdued note. Under hard acceleration they open and the system gets much louder. The included CES-3 control module lets you choose how it behaves:

• Cruise: valves open at higher RPM, for the quietest everyday driving
• Sport: valves open at lower RPM and under hard acceleration
• Open: valves stay open for maximum volume

The valves are backpressure-controlled, and you can program Cruise and Sport separately for the opening point you prefer.

Build Quality

• Made at Capristo’s factory in Sundern, Germany, using 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping and CNC bending
• T309 (1.4828) heat-resistant stainless steel, rated for extreme temperatures above 600°C
• Hand TIG welded and hand polished to a mirror finish
• Capristo’s own valves and reinforced design to limit resonance

Fitment and Installation

• Made for the 2019+ Mercedes-AMG A45 (W177)
• Fits the factory mounting points, so no cutting or welding
• Includes the CES-3 valve kit
