100-cell sport metal catalyst substrate in a fully heat-insulated stainless steel housing — the definitive road and track specification combining maximum flow with complete thermal management. High-temperature heat protection wrap applied throughout the housing.

C1 200 35 — High-Temperature Heat Protection with 999 Fine Gold Plating
The flagship specification — identical 100-cell performance substrate with the addition of 999 fine gold plating over the heat protection wrap. Gold is one of the most thermally efficient reflective materials available, rejecting radiant heat with exceptional effectiveness and reducing temperatures in the surrounding area beyond what standard heat wrap alone achieves. The natural companion to the C1 200 30 Inconel gold exhaust and C1 200 42/43 gold tailpipes for owners building a fully cohesive gold specification.

All variants engineered and manufactured to Novitec's exacting tolerances using advanced 3D laser-scanning, CAD design and CNC manufacturing at their German facility.
